1. What Freklo is

Freklo is an iOS app and website that lets local businesses run digital loyalty programs and lets customers collect points and redeem rewards at those businesses. By using Freklo you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Freklo. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Points and rewards

Points, stamps and rewards are issued by the individual businesses whose programs you join — not by Freklo. They are promotional benefits: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another person unless the business says otherwise.

The business defines what its rewards are and honors them at its own discretion; Freklo provides the technology, and is not a party to the relationship between you and the business. A business may adjust balances to correct mistakes or suspected abuse.

4. Business programs

If you run a program on Freklo, you are responsible for it: describing your rewards honestly, honoring what you promised, treating customer data you see in Freklo lawfully and only for running your program, and complying with the laws that apply to your business. You are responsible for the people you invite to your team and the permissions you give them.

5. Acceptable use

  • No attempting to gain points or rewards dishonestly, or helping others do so.
  • No probing, disrupting or reverse-engineering the service or accessing other people's data.
  • No using Freklo for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Apple Wallet and third-party services

Freklo integrates with services provided by Apple (Sign in with Apple, notifications, Apple Wallet) and Google (sign-in, Firebase). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Apple is not responsible for Freklo or for the loyalty programs run on it.

7. Availability and changes to the service

Freklo is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability, and features may change, be added or be removed over time. Where reasonably possible we will announce significant changes in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Freklo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for losses arising from a business failing to honor its rewards, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending use

You can stop using Freklo and delete your account at any time in Profile → Your data & security. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

10. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update the effective date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Freklo after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
